Dear Wolves, dear Friends,
let’s meet at Stanica!

As every year, we are meeting for the Distillery Picnic. This time is different, though — we are opening Restauracja Stanica, and we want to celebrate the day with you. From the first table, the first toast and the first evening.
Our restaurant is led by Marcin Ruczyński (Hub.Praga) and Maciej Nowaczyk (La Maddalena, Między Mostami, Most) — restaurateurs with two Michelin stars between them. You will meet them both at the Picnic.
This is the kind of cooking you would normally travel to Warsaw or Wrocław for. This time it comes to Stanica.
Expect a great deal of good food, live music, a Friday bonfire and an open bar with Żytnia vodka.
The rest is yours to write: the people you meet at the table, the conversations that run into the evening, the stories that outlast the weekend.
The bonfire
starts this weekend
Before the first cork flies on Saturday, we gather around the fire. A grill, sparks going up into the dark, a guitar leaning on the bench, and conversations nobody is rushing. This is the unofficial part of the Picnic.
From Friday’s fire
to midnight on Saturday
Come on Friday — we start unofficially, around the bonfire and the grill. The official part begins at noon on Saturday and runs until midnight.
Bonfire before-party
The unofficial opening: a grill, a fire and the first “it’s been far too long”. Whoever comes a day early gets the best conversations.
The Picnic and the opening of Restauracja Stanica
At twelve sharp, the cork flies. Then twelve hours of grill, the regional table, Master Class tastings, live music and the Żytnia vodka open bar — until midnight.
A night at Sulisław Palace
When we close the distillery, a shuttle takes you to the palace. No hunting for a taxi, no counting kilometres.
Master Class
Four tasting sessions in small groups. You sit down, you taste, and you leave knowing exactly why a given pairing works.
Exceptional casks — Jarosław Buss’s selection
Five limited whiskies, most of them from casks Jarosław Buss picked himself for quality well above the ordinary. The line-up includes Clynelish 12 YO from a 1st fill Bourbon barrel, Ardmore 12 YO matured in Madeira, a ten-year-old Ardnamurchan and a fifteen-year-old Glenfarclas Family Cask from Oloroso. From fruit, honey and that signature wax, through smoke, heather and sea breeze, all the way to sherry, dried fruit and chocolate — five different stories sealed in exceptional casks.

Five takes on herring: garlic with marjoram, leek with dill, beetroot with cranberry, lime with raisins, and coffee with mustard. From the classics to combinations you will not believe until you taste them.

Six spirits, three comparisons and one question: what truly shapes the character of a spirit? Łukasz Gołębiewski shows how recipe, raw material, time and cask selection influence the finished product.
See the full sessionWhat really sets game apart from farmed meat?
Roman Miler explains the differences between farmed meat and “wild meat”. It is the beginning of a story about what game is and the qualities it offers, both culinary and nutritional.

You will pick your sessions in your guest account — sign-ups open soon. Each session runs from 15 people, and we limit the places to keep the groups small.
Stay for
the whole weekend

So that nobody has to travel anywhere after a long day, we have reserved a block of rooms at Sulisław Palace. After the Picnic, a shuttle takes you straight from the distillery to the palace, and in the morning you can stretch the weekend out over breakfast together.
The number of rooms is limited, so if you want to stay with us to the end, it is worth booking your room early.
Transport is handled
Two shuttles run between Sulisław Palace and the distillery all day. So you can arrive, stay to the end and head back whenever you feel like it — no counting kilometres, no hunting for a taxi at midnight.
Prefer to sleep closer to the fire?
We have set up a campsite and camper van pitches on the distillery grounds. Tick the box when you book and your spot will be waiting.

at our table
Booking as a group? Even easier.
One person handles it all: picks the seats, adds the rooms and lists the guests. Tickets are personalised, and everyone sets up their own account later with their own email address.
Good to know
What you ask us most often…
Who is invited?
Wolves, shareholders, friends and friends of the brand — that is, you and the people you want to spend this weekend with. The Picnic is an adults-only event, which is why you confirm at booking that every guest listed is 18 or older.
Can I bring a child?
Not this time. The Picnic is **an adults-only event — 18+**. We serve alcohol throughout the weekend, and the whole event has been designed with that in mind. So this time, please allow yourselves a weekend at Stanica without the children.
Where can I stay overnight?
We have reserved a block of 40 double rooms at Sulisław Palace for you. You can add a room while booking — just choose how many you need. Would you rather stay even closer to Stanica? We have camper van pitches and space for tents on the distillery grounds. And if you would rather head home after the party — of course you can come without an overnight stay.
I am coming by camper van or with a tent — can I stay on site?
Yes. We have a limited number of camper van pitches and a space where you can put up a tent. For those staying on the Stanica grounds we also provide basic sanitary facilities. Just tick the relevant option when booking — we will send the practical details before the Picnic.
How do I get there and back?
Transport is handled. Two shuttles will run between Sulisław Palace and Stanica Distillery all day, alternating. So you can arrive, stay to the end and return to the palace whenever you feel like it. No hunting for a taxi, no counting kilometres, and no arguing about who is not drinking this time.
How do I sign up for a Master Class?
Master Class sign-ups will open in your guest accounts before the Picnic — we will let you know when you can choose your sessions. The groups will be small and places limited. This is one to be quick about.
Will there be vegetarian or other dietary options?
This time we are not planning a separate vegetarian menu or variants prepared for specific dietary requirements. If there is something we should know about, though, write to us in the order notes when booking. If there is something we can do for you, we will try to help.
How much does it cost to attend?
A shareholder ticket costs **PLN 250** and an invited guest ticket **PLN 350**. You can book places for your whole group in a single order — you choose the right type separately for each guest. The price covers all the food during the Picnic, coffee, tea and water, the Żytnia vodka open bar and the Master Class sessions.
How do I book places for several people?
One person can handle the booking for the whole group. You choose the number of places, add rooms and tell us who is coming. Tickets are issued in each guest’s name, and everyone later sets up their own account with their own email address.
