4th Stanica Distillery Picnic
Terms and Conditions
Effective date:
§1. General provisions
These Terms and Conditions set out the rules for ticket sales and participation in the 4th Stanica Distillery Picnic, hereinafter the “Event”.
The organiser of the Event is: Restauracja Stanica Sp. z o.o., Stanica 4, 57-130 Stanica, Lower Silesian Voivodeship, Poland, KRS: 0001244357, NIP: 9141580116, REGON: 544927224, email: biuro@restauracjastanica.pl, hereinafter the “Organiser”.
The Event partner may be: WOLF AND OAK DISTILLERY S.A., ul. Jana z Kolna 11, 80-864 Gdańsk, Poland, KRS: 0000819619, NIP: 5833383921, REGON: 385187218, email: kontakt@wolfoak.pl, as well as other entities belonging to the Wolf & Oak group listed at destylarniastanica.pl.
The date, times and precise location of the Event are stated on the Event page, in the sales form or on the ticket.
The Event is a closed event. Admission is limited to persons holding a valid ticket, an invitation or another entitlement accepted by the Organiser.
Purchasing a ticket and taking part in the Event entail an obligation to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
§2. Adults-only event
The Event is intended exclusively for persons who are 18 years of age or older.
Minors may not take part in the Event, including when accompanied by a parent, legal guardian or another adult.
The Organiser is entitled to verify a participant’s age by requesting a document confirming their identity and date of birth.
A refusal to present such a document where there is a justified doubt as to age may result in refusal of admission to the Event.
§3. Ticket types
The Organiser may offer in particular: shareholder tickets; guest tickets; master class tickets or reservations; hotel or other overnight accommodation; campsite pitches; camper van pitches; packages combining several services; and other tickets or additional services described in the Event offer.
The scope of services attached to a given ticket type is set out in the offer available at the time of purchase.
Purchasing a standard ticket does not automatically confer the right to take part in all master classes, to use accommodation, a campsite pitch, a camper van pitch or any other additional services.
§4. Shareholder tickets
Tickets offered on shareholder terms are available exclusively to persons who personally hold registered shares in WOLF AND OAK DISTILLERY S.A.
Use of a shareholder ticket is conditional upon the ability to unambiguously confirm shareholder status on the basis of data held in the share register, in the systems of the brokerage house servicing the Company, or in another appropriate system for recording rights attached to shares.
The shareholder is obliged to maintain correct and current identification data with the brokerage house or other entity keeping the relevant records.
Where current data is missing, or where the person purchasing the ticket cannot be unambiguously matched to a person listed in the shareholder records, it may not be possible to use a shareholder ticket.
A shareholder ticket is personal and is available exclusively to a person holding shareholder status. It may not be transferred to a person who does not hold that status.
The Organiser is entitled to verify shareholder status both at the time of ticket purchase and before admission to the Event, including by requesting an identity document allowing the data to be compared.
The mere fact of having purchased shares in the past is not a sufficient basis for using a shareholder ticket if the person’s current status cannot be properly verified.
Unless the offer provides otherwise, holding a larger number of shares does not create a right to a larger number of shareholder tickets.
§5. Guest tickets
Guest tickets may be purchased by any adult. Holding shares in WOLF AND OAK DISTILLERY S.A. is not required in order to purchase a guest ticket.
The number of guest tickets is limited. The Organiser may release different ticket pools with different availability periods.
§6. Availability of tickets and services
The Organiser does not guarantee that every interested person will be able to purchase a ticket.
The number of Event tickets, shareholder and guest tickets, master class places, accommodation, campsite pitches, camper van pitches and places at individual attractions is limited.
The Organiser may close sales or reservations for a given service once the pool allocated to it is exhausted, and may set separate pools for different categories of participant.
Merely starting a reservation or purchase process does not guarantee the availability of a service until the transaction has been successfully completed. A participant has no claim to be able to purchase a particular ticket or service once its availability is exhausted.
§7. Master classes and the Event programme
The Event may include master classes, workshops, tastings, presentations, meetings with producers and other additional activities. Participation in a master class may require a separate reservation or the purchase of an additional ticket, and the number of places is limited.
The Organiser does not guarantee that all originally announced master classes, or all other elements of the programme, will take place.
The Organiser may in particular change the start time, the order of the programme, the host or the location; substitute a product with one of a similar character; change the scope of a tasting; or merge, shorten, extend or cancel an item of the programme.
Such changes may be made in particular for organisational, technical, logistical or safety reasons, due to the availability of hosts or products, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond the Organiser’s control.
A change to the programme that does not materially affect the overall character of the Event is not a basis for a refund of the price of the ticket to the Event as a whole.
Where a participant has paid separately for a specific master class that is cancelled in its entirety, the Organiser will refund the price of that service or, with the participant’s consent, offer an appropriate replacement service.
§8. Character of the Event and alcoholic beverages
The Event is held on premises associated with the operations of a distillery and is gastronomic, tasting-based, cultural and social in character. A significant element is the presentation of the culture surrounding the production, history and tasting of alcoholic beverages.
Alcoholic beverages may be served during the Event, tastings may be held, products and production methods may be presented, meetings with producers and experts may take place, and brands associated with the distillery and the Event partners may be presented.
By purchasing a ticket and taking part in the Event, the participant acknowledges and accepts this character of the Event and the presence of alcoholic beverages, alcohol brands and alcohol-related content.
All activities concerning the advertising, promotion, presentation and provision of alcoholic beverages are carried out solely within the scope permitted by applicable law.
The Organiser is entitled to refuse to serve alcohol to a person who is intoxicated, behaving aggressively, posing a danger to themselves or others, breaching these Terms and Conditions, or whose further consumption of alcohol could, in the assessment of staff, create a safety risk. Participants are obliged to consume alcohol responsibly.
§9. Catering, menu and allergens
Dishes and products prepared by the Organiser or by entities cooperating with it are served during the Event. Dishes may contain allergens, including trace amounts of ingredients or allergens present in other products being prepared.
Information about the composition of dishes and the allergens they contain is available from the Organiser and the catering staff. A person with a food allergy or intolerance should inform staff before consuming a dish and review the information about its composition.
The Organiser does not guarantee that dishes meeting every individual dietary requirement can be prepared. Reporting special requirements in the order notes does not guarantee that they will be accommodated.
Unless the Event offer provides otherwise, the Organiser does not guarantee a separate vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free menu or a menu meeting other special dietary requirements.
§10. Campsite and camper van pitches
For the purposes of the Event, the Organiser may make available a limited number of pitches for tents and for camper vans.
Use of campsite and camper van pitches is permitted only to persons holding a valid ticket to the Event. Where a separate reservation is required, the participant must additionally hold a valid reservation for such a pitch.
These pitches may not be made available to persons who do not hold a ticket to the Event. The sanitary facilities provided at the campsite and camper van area are intended solely for authorised participants using that area.
Participants are obliged to keep the area tidy, to use the facilities as intended, to observe fire safety rules, not to disturb other participants, and to follow the instructions of the Organiser and staff.
Lighting fires and using a grill, burner, heating device or any other source of open flame is permitted only in the manner and in the places approved by the Organiser.
§11. Accommodation
A limited number of hotel places or other overnight accommodation may be available in connection with the Event.
Purchasing a ticket to the Event does not guarantee the ability to purchase or reserve accommodation. An accommodation reservation is a separate service, unless the description of a specific package unambiguously states that accommodation is included in the ticket price.
The Organiser may stop accepting accommodation reservations at any time once the available pool is exhausted.
§12. Safety and rules of conduct
Every participant is obliged to behave in a manner that ensures their own safety and the safety of others.
The following are prohibited in particular: aggressive behaviour, starting fights, threatening others, damaging property, bringing weapons or other dangerous objects without a legally justified reason, possessing or using illegal narcotics, entering restricted areas, interfering with technical and production equipment, ignoring safety markings, and failing to follow staff instructions.
The premises may contain technical equipment, installations and production areas that are not accessible to participants. Participants may move only within the areas made available by the Organiser.
The Organiser may refuse admission to, or require the departure from the Event premises of, any person grossly breaching these Terms and Conditions, behaving aggressively, endangering safety or failing to follow staff instructions. In such a case the ticket price is non-refundable, unless mandatory provisions of law provide otherwise.
§13. Weather conditions
The Event may be held partly outdoors. Participants should prepare for weather conditions appropriate to the season and to the character of the Event.
Rain, wind, high or low temperatures and other typical weather phenomena are not a basis for a refund of the ticket price if the Event goes ahead.
For safety reasons the Organiser may relocate, reschedule, temporarily suspend or modify an item of the programme, close a particular part of the premises, or cancel a specific attraction.
§14. Cancellation or rescheduling of the Event
The Organiser may cancel the Event, change its date or materially modify the way it is delivered in the event of circumstances preventing or materially hindering the safe running of the Event.
This applies in particular to force majeure, extreme weather conditions, breakdowns, fire, safety risks, decisions of public authorities, changes in legislation and other serious circumstances beyond the Organiser’s control.
If the Event is cancelled in its entirety, the Organiser will refund participants the price of unused tickets in accordance with applicable law. If the date is changed, the Organiser will inform participants of the rules for using or refunding the tickets purchased.
§15. Right of withdrawal from a ticket purchase
The tickets and services covered by these Terms and Conditions relate to services performed on a specifically indicated day or during a specifically indicated period.
To the extent arising from Article 38(1)(12) of the Polish Consumer Rights Act, a consumer does not have the 14-day right to withdraw from a distance contract in respect of services relating, among others, to accommodation, catering, leisure and entertainment or cultural events, where the contract specifies the day or period of performance.
The above does not limit the participant’s rights arising from cancellation of the Event, non-performance of the purchased service or other mandatory provisions of law.
Additional, voluntary options for refunds, changes to participant details or transfer of a ticket may be set out in the terms of sale. A shareholder ticket may not be transferred to a person who does not meet the requirements set out in §4.
§16. Documenting the Event and participants’ images
The Event will be documented by means of photography and audio and video recordings. By entering the Event premises, the participant acknowledges that they may appear in general materials depicting the course of the Event, its spaces and groups of participants.
The image of a person who is merely a detail within a larger whole, such as a gathering, a group of people, a landscape or a general scene from the Event, may be disseminated on the terms set out in applicable law. In the case of individual shots of a participant, the Organiser may rely on a separate authorisation to use their image.
The materials may be used to document the Event and to provide information about, and promote, Restauracja Stanica, Stanica Distillery, future events, WOLF AND OAK DISTILLERY S.A. and the other entities belonging to the Wolf & Oak group — in each case within the scope permitted by applicable law.
Detailed rules on the processing of personal data and the use of images are set out in the Privacy Policy of the 4th Stanica Distillery Picnic.
§17. Personal belongings
Participants are responsible for properly securing their personal belongings.
The Organiser is not liable for items left unattended, unless the Organiser’s liability arises from mandatory provisions of law. Found items may be handed over to Event staff.
§18. Participants’ liability
A participant is liable for damage they cause on the terms set out in applicable law and is obliged to respect the property of the Organiser, other participants, partners and other persons present at the Event.
These Terms and Conditions do not limit the Organiser’s liability to the extent that excluding or limiting it is impermissible under applicable law.
§19. Personal data
The controller of participants’ personal data is Restauracja Stanica Sp. z o.o.
Participants’ data is processed for the purpose of delivering the Event and for other purposes and on the terms set out in the Privacy Policy of the 4th Stanica Distillery Picnic.
§20. Complaints
Complaints regarding a ticket purchase or the delivery of services connected with the Event may be sent to biuro@restauracjastanica.pl or in writing to: Restauracja Stanica Sp. z o.o., Stanica 4, 57-130 Stanica, Poland.
A complaint should contain information enabling the order to be identified and a description of the matter raised. Complaints will be examined within the time limits arising from applicable law.
§21. Changes to the Terms and Conditions
The Organiser may amend these Terms and Conditions for a justified reason, in particular a change in legislation, in the way the Event is organised, in safety requirements, a need to clarify organisational rules, or the occurrence of circumstances beyond the Organiser’s control.
An amendment to these Terms and Conditions does not infringe participants’ acquired rights, unless it is necessary by reason of mandatory provisions of law or participants’ safety. The current version of the Terms and Conditions is published on the Organiser’s website.
§22. Final provisions
Matters not governed by these Terms and Conditions are subject to Polish law.
No provision of these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits consumer rights which by law may not be excluded or limited by contract.
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions proves to be invalid or ineffective, this does not affect the validity of its remaining provisions.
These Terms and Conditions are available on the Organiser’s website and may be made available to participants at the Event venue.
These Terms and Conditions apply from 20 August 2026.
